Power 90 – Day 60
Well, I’ve made it 60 days into this routine. Not too bad. Missed a few times in the last 30 days, but still good overall.
Here are my stats day 1 vs. day 30 vs. Day 60:

So I’ve lost 9.0 lbs (5.19%) during the first 60 days of Power 90, almost 5 inches in the gut and 2.75 inches in the pantline. My heaviest weight was 184.0 lb (which I was at a few months ago, so I’ve actually lost 19.5 lb total so far.
I’m really thinking of ordering P90X now and starting it the day after Day 90 of Power 90. I want to keep up the momentum, and I think I’ll be ready for the X.
I’m anxious to see how the final 30 days of this goes – especially now that I’m off of my blood pressure medicine. I’m feeling much better and have much more energy now because of that, so I’m hoping I’ll see some great results in this last month.
