What’s That, Body? You Want Me To Stop?

No way. I know you’re screaming at me right now, but when we get past this hump, you’ll thank me.
Today will be more of a challenge for me. I’ve done well with my eating habits lately, but today I have a lunch meeting with a client and am going out of town for a concert this afternoon/evening. That means I’m going to be eating out twice today. This will be my first real test.
Thankfully, I know where we’re going for lunch, so I have a plan. Hopefully I can figure out the right thing to eat for supper tonight too. It will be really easy to cheat today though.
I’m confident that I can figure it out though.
And Jenna, you’re going down.
So I am starting on my own diet. Work is having a ‘Biggest Loser’ competition, and the reward for the biggest loser is 24 hours of vacation time!
So my hat was thrown in, my realistic goal is 30lbs, my desired super goal is 50lbs. That will put me at 220 or 200… I have been that light since before I broke my hand… 4 years ago.
