This Woman…

February 14th, 2008

…is my beautiful wife, Marie.

(humor me for a minute – it’s Valentine’s Day)

She had a momentary lapse of judgment when she married me. Either that, or she needs glasses worse than I thought.

But, lucky for me, we’ve been married for over two years, and she compliments me like no one else can. If it weren’t for her, I’d probably be lying on the floor in a stressed out stupor pulling my hair out. You see, I have a tendency to over-commit to things and neglect myself. Somehow, Marie keeps me under control (for the most part…hey, I’m not perfect).

The bottom line is that I am married to an amazing woman who I love more than anyone or anything on earth. And I thank God every day for bringing us together. One of the biggest blessings in my life is knowing that I get to spend every day with my best friend.

Happy Valentine’s Day, babe. I love you.

Songerize Rocks

February 8th, 2008

Just reading through one of my favorite blogs, Lifehacker, this morning, and I came across the beautiful gem known as Songerize.

Really want to listen to a song right now? Just go to Songerize, type it in, and it will play. That easy. If it doesn’t find your song, try another (FYI, it’s found every song I’ve tried so far).

This is ridiculously cool, especially if you’re in the mood to listen to a great song but don’t have it handy. Plus, it’s dead simple.

Give it a try. Let me know what you think.

Google Forms

February 7th, 2008

blog_bluebird_share.gifAwesome new feature for Google Docs.

Now you set up a form that users can fill out that will populate a spreadsheet in Google Docs. Instead of sharing a spreadsheet, you can just set up the form and people can enter information that way.

Looks pretty cool. I’m already thinking of a few possibilities that this could be used for.

Do you have any ideas?
