Our church has been trying to develop a policy of everyone having at least one apprentice. One thing I learned from my time with Radio City is that they value apprenticeships- if someone is sick, hurt, or has to leave for whatever reason, the show doesn't miss a beat. It's reassuring to know that the weight of the world isn't on just one person's shoulders. I’m with you on this one.
